Have you looked into what your competitors would be charging? $3.75 is super low, which makes you competitive (especially if you advertise the rate) but I wonder if that’s enough to cover your insurance and overhead?

5-10$ per chair is what I’ve seen, with chair covers at $2. Keep in mind the cost of any overhead and dry cleaning, and delivery charges should vary based on mileage or some other detail.

I was trying to start a rental business too, I found a company in TX with good pricing for chiavari chairs for sale, you may want to have a long lasting product since the begining for your rental company to get a good return of investment, the pricing is acceptable, they have chiavari chairs starting from $29.00, here is the link http://www.thechairville.com/ and the pricing that other rental companies offer for the chiavari chairs are from $5.00, I have seen chiavari chairs for rent at $11.50! and they are still in business so the price is well accepted.

Good luck!
