    What about offering charicatures instead?

Photobooth definitely! Your friends and family would have so much fun with that and you could turn the photos into a scrapbook.

    I wouldn’t use either one.

cherami:  I voted silhouette because it’s unique and isn’t over done like the photo booth (which I agree can be another fun activity for guests). I feel if I got a silhoutte, I’d frame it and hang it in the house. Especially if everyone in the family got one. I think this ties in better with a Sunday afternoon wedding perfectly.

I’m guessing your vibe of the wedding is a bit more low key? I could be wrong on that, but feel that it would be more fun to have a silhouette artist. Unique too!

Gotta go with silhouette artist! How unique!  So many weddings have photobooths.  And the silhouette in the frame is such a great favor for your guests.

Photobooths are more fun, but a silhouette artist is pretty cool. My vote is photobooth, since it is inclusive and there are lots of options.

Photo booths are fun, I always really like them. I wouldn’t want a silhouette.

I voted photobooth. This is just my personal opinion, but I wouldn’t sit at a wedding to have my silhouette drawn, and I wouldn’t take it home with me because I wouldn’t put it anywhere or ever look at it again. I do have photostrips from photobooths saves as keepsakes though, and they are more fun.

Then again I’m having a Saturday night wedding with an open bar because that’s just the kind of people we are. If an artist is going to fit your event better, it shouldn’t matter that more people on here like a photobooth 🙂 Do what you want.

I would greatly prefer a photo booth.  I’m self conscious about my profile and would never even want a photo taken of me from the side.  I know many people who feel the same!

We had a “photobooth” without the expense of an actual photobooth. We just got selfie sticks and photobooth props. It was a HUGE hit – even my husband had to admit it (after he made fun of me for the idea). We got some great pictures, and I’m pretty sure I bridebombed half of them.

If it’s a more of a low key Saturday afternoon wedding, I say go with the silhouette artist. I think it sounds very unique as a wedding favor!!!
