Less than 4 months away from our wedding day I am in complete panic mode as I have been unable to find jewelry, shoes, nor a veil to compliment my dress.
Unfortunately my bridsemaids are equally fashion challenged so I am putting out a desperate plea to all the fashion experts on this board — PLEASE HELP ME ACCESSORIZE MY DRESS!!
Please post pictures of any jewelry, shoes, veils that YOU feel would work with this dress.
Your help and opinions are very much appreciated!!

Is it stark white, diamond white, or ivory?
Do you have a preference in terms of style of jewelry? A beutiful pearl necklace I think would be fantastic, but if you prefer crystals or rhinestones that would be equally lovely. It depends on your personal prefrences and the feel you are going for. I find pearls give a more romantic feel to me while crystal a move lavish. I like to combine the two to get a pearl necklace with sparkle! But again it come down to your personal prefrences.
With the lovely open back I would personally go for a necklace that has a single long pearl dangle in the back, I think that would be an awesome detail.
I would probably go for a shorter veil maybe with crystal trim to add a little sparkle but keep the overall look simple.

A pearl necklace would look great and classic.
I would wear a birdcage veil. They are much less fussy and your dress has a vintage-y feel to me that would match the birdcage look well.
What color is the dress? I can’t really give shoe advice without knowing.

OK, first your dress is amazing. But what is the model doing in that first picture?! Ha, I’ve watched enough Top Model to know not to do that on the runway. Lol, anyway.
Here are a few questions for jewelry: What kind of jewelry do you like? What kind of jewelry (if any) do you wear on a daily basis? Are you a stud earing and delicate necklace kind of girl? Do you like chunky jewelry? Do you want to go full on earings, necklace, and bracelete? Do you want pearls or rhinestones or crystals or colored stones? How are you planning on wearing your hair (up/down/half up)?
I have a strapless, sweatheart, mermaid cut gown as well, and I’m planning on doing just earings and a bracelete. Personally I don’t want pearls, but I think they would look beautiful with this dress. I have no idea how much you want to spend, so the links I provide can just be jumping off points.
Here are some braceletes:
Seriously, I have so many jewelry bookmarks on my computer. PM me if you’d like them, I’m happy to share. Good luck! And again…your dress is amazing!

I love your dress! I don’t have any pictures, but I love the idea of just some big chandelier earrings and maybe a simple matching hairpin… that dress is so fabulous I think a necklace would take away from it.

- Wedding: October 2009 - Church Ceremony/Reception at The Waterford House
I think a bird cage veil would go perfect with this dress! I think you could go many different routes in terms of jewelry since the dress is not adorned with lace or beading. Beautiful dress!

EAS, she’s doing a magic trick! "and now…." LoL
Your dress is fantastic, wow. I love the bubble train. I usually don’t go for bubbles and pick ups, but it falls so nicely!
I bought this for my wedding: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=25872320&ref=sr_list_5&&ga_search_query=pearl+vintage+bracelet+bridal&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_page=&includes%5B%5D=tags&includes%5B%5D=title and i’m in love with it. It’s perfect! I think having a simpler dress liek that (no beading/embellishments is what i mean) you should glam it up with your jewelry. I didn’t want plain pearls, because i felt they’re so classic but i wear them regularly and i wanted something special for my big day. I went with a diamond pendant and some drop pearl/diamond earrings to go with the bracelet. I borrowed from mom, but you could easily find similiar items on Etsy.
Keep your shoes simple. Nobody sees them. Or, do the opposite and go for a bright, hot turquoise. Mmm i love that
I’m out on the veil. I like all diffeent kinds. You could do a fountain veil that bubbles a little like your train.

This is exciting!! Thank you ladies for your input!! I am at work today but am having a hard time focusing now because I keep flipping back to my post to read the updates at they are posted!
The color of my dress is champagne. Other than my engagement ring I wear no jewelry ever and my primary wardrobe color is black… This is my opportunity to shine and be a princess diva for a day – I want my fiance’s jaw to literally drop when he sees me coming down the isle!
As for what look I am going for, I want to say the classic elegant look but I have tried on basic pearls with the dress ancd found that I really want to kick it up a few notches! I am absolutely in love with the triple strand bracelet and am so happy to have received validation that it will not be too much with the dress! I am finding myself drawn to a mixture of cream pearls and swarovski crystals. I love the idea of the necklace with the long single pearl to play up the open back detail but I have been contemplating leaving a majority of my hair down in the back so the beauty of that detail would be lost in the hair.
I am having a very hard time making a veil decision as I would love to have BOTH a two tier fingertip length for the ceremony AND a birdcage for the reception but my I am on a bit of a budget now after splurging on 4 pairs of shoes, none of which ended up working with the dress (all were final sales because they were on sale)…
Thanks again for all of the input and please do keep it coming!!

You could also go haute bride style with some pearl and rhinestone combinations. I find that swarovski doesn’t really give the oomph that I’m looking for when it comes to sparkle. I guess it also depends on the time of day that you’re wearing this, but if you are a late afternoon/early evening bride I would do pearl and rhinestone!
The last bracelet in the collection was the one I was thinking of:
Our dresses are similar in color and in material and I’m wearing a vintage Miriam Haskell choker that looks like this:
