a;sldfj! I love your dress! It’s GORGEOUS! That being said, I think the cardigan is too casual and will cover up too much of your dress! I like them seperately alot, but together… I think you can do better! But seriously, your dress is STUNNING.

I agree with KM – apart they are both great, but I don’t think they work together.

I don’t think it’s a good fit. I agree it’s too casual for your dress, which is gorgeous. Why would you wnt to cover up the top of it it’s so pretty! Is this just for later on at night or are you planning on wearing the cardigan the whole time?

I agree. I love your dress…I am a Galina bride too.  The cardigan is a bit to casual. If you dress didn’t have the beading it might work.

I think you need something a little tiny bit beaded and maybe a little bit cropped. I’d love to see you go with a silk bolero, but I love your reasons behind the cardigan!

Maybe you could find one with some sparkle to make it more formal?  It is holiday sweater season right now, so you might be able to find a light blue one with bling.

I really like that cardigan…I want one now!  But, I think you could find something better suited for your dress.

@SandDollar – OK, that makes more sense. I was like why would she want to cover that beautiful dress all day! I was going to have to do an intervention on behalf of your dress. I think you should look for something with beading definitely.

If it is for later in the evening and you love it I would go for it.  It’s your style and it would be comfortable and you would wear it again — win win win!!  PS where in OBX is your wedding  — ours is South Nags head
