I’ve seen some people say that they dont see an O until as much as 3-4 days after a postive OPK.  Are you using Wondfos where you have to compare the lins?  Was it a definite positive or a same color line positive?  I’ve had 2 same colors in the past 2 weeks, which they say is positive, but still no O for me too.

I think you might get a high temp tomorrow morning. The 48 hours mean that your egg is being released latest today. πŸ™‚

My last cycle I had a positive opk on Friday and didn’t get a temp elevation until Tuesday, so ff put my cross hairs for Monday. I’m guessing that yours will be tomorrow!

Have you taken any more opks? I know you should stop after a positive but sometimes I get 2 positives then go 3 days from that to expect o!

@MrsHoneyC:  it is possible to get a positive OPK and not ovulate – look back to my chart http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/hamikay of July 21st, where you can see I got a clear +ve, and then a week later, 5 DAYS of +ves before I got crosshairs. There is nothing more frustrating than waiting to O… in my mind it was always worse than the TWW.

You may be interested to know that it actually turned out that my progesterone was too low to indicate definite ovulate around that time…

I do worry that your post-O temps are quite low, possibly indicating low progesterone?? I can’t remember how long you’ve been trying and whether you’re seeing anyone yet, but it might be worth getting your Prog checked? If you’re not keen on medical intervention, or if its too early, the herb Vitex increased my progesterone and I got pregnant a few months later. I’d suggest seeing a Naturo or other specialist to help work out dosage and other approaches πŸ™‚

All the best – hope you get your temp rise soon!!!

What some of the PPs said. Maybe you got the positive but your O decided for whatever reason to stop and wait a few days? I’d say to keep going until you get more of a spike. Good luck! FX it’s coming! ; )

@MrsHoneyC:  oh! yes i forgot you have a digital one… hmm… i guess maybe thats so girls dont over do it!  I’m waiting and watching you chart  πŸ™‚

I’m a slow-riser for sure.. and I think you said Graves results in lower temps? so maybe its slowly creeping up and FF doesnt want to give CH until its high enough!

A lot of bees get to O a couple days after they get their +OPK some even up to 4 days.  Also, (I know this is hard to do and even hard for me to tell you cause I cant even do it) but stress can contribute late O, so try not to overthink too much either.  ( i know, i know, its totally hard not to)  Ill say keep testing and keep BD’ing … you never know your temp might change for good soon.
