I ovulate on day 18 or 19. So I don’t start testing until CD 14. I test with FMU and again around 4:30 in the afternoon when I get home from work. I normally have two days of positives and O 2 to 3 days later. Are you temping?

I start on CD 10 (which is when I always start to see EWCM) and then test twice a day, once in the morning when I wake up and once when I get home from work around 5:15ish. I know they say not to use FMU but I don’t have a problem with it as I’ve gotten most of my positives in the morning and it’s been fairly accurate!

my ovulation day changes every month. so far since i started charting, i’ve O’d on CD20, CD13, CD19 and CD14 so i start testing around CD11/12. i test once a day when i get home from work until the line starts getting darker and then i test twice a day until it’s positive.

I test twice a day.  First thing in the morning with FMU and then when i returned home from work in the afternoon.  Because I O between CD12-CD14 i start using OPKs as early as CD6-7….since your body is still regulating from being off BC I would suggest you start as early as CD10 or so and try twice, so you dont miss your surge.
