Hi bees! Today my Fi and I went to the jeweler where he had my ring made, just to get it cleaned, and the jeweler recognized my Fiance and my ring and went to the back to show us a wedding band he had made for my ring, to see if I liked it. Well, honestly I don’t. 🙁 Fiance and I like the look of 2 wedding bands, one on each side, and I feel like if I have the wedding bands wrap around both sides of the halo it’s going to look too big! I would rather them soder the bands flush on the ring, without another loop of diamonds going around the halo. He seemed to say that wasn’t really the best option with my ring, but to come back and talk with him and we’d work it out. this is my ring ^^^
below is the band he had made to go with my ring
do you think it would look too big/bulky if I had 2 bands like that?
I have been thinking I would rather have bands like this , but he made a comment like he would have to cut into my ring, and it really wasn’t the best option. 🙁 what do you all think?

I LOVE the option you want!!! Seriously I think it looks SO much better! I am getting a halo and plan on doing something like that as well. I dont really like the double halo look. Go with option 2 🙂
Also, I think he is just saying its not a good option because he already worked on the other band. get what you like, your ring will be fine!

I have the second option, and I was nervous about it being too bulky…but I LOVE IT!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! I am only engaged, but I will go upstairs to put on the wedding band ( I only have 1 right now) and admire the gorgeousness of it!!

they are both beautiful options.
the first one is good if you like a lot of bling and have longer fingers.
if he has to cut your ering on both sides to accommodate your preferred option, will it compromise the strength of the diamond setting?

I’m seriously pretty much your ring twin.. and i’m almost positive i will be going with this band. .5 carat 7stone band. I my halo sits a bit above my finger rather than laying flat against my finger. This band was the 3rd I tried on and the only one my FI fell absolutely in love with, also the band he picked for me to try.
Detail: I like a mismatched look.
No wedding band:
With band: sorry for the blurriness… he took the pic
