Hi bees!
Earlier this year we ordered a loose moissanite from Schubach’s. It arrived with the paperwork re:shipping and payment, but only a pre-printed card for warranty with a “Warranty ID” to register on charlesandcolvard.com. I didn’t receive anything that belongs to the stone itself (nothing confirming carat weight, measurements, colour etc). Was I supposed to receive that?
To clarify, it’s a Forever Brilliant enhanced stone and the warranty card does reflect that.

We got our stone from a jewelry store and it came with an appraisal and authenticity sheet. It had the carat weight and size etc… I don’t know how it works online or ordering. I would go back to the store or site you bought it from and contact them. I would think it comes with some sort of paperwork if you have a warrenty. Maybe when you register it, you get that stuff?

acglandorf: I’ve never heard of moissy coming with a sheet. Both of mine just came with C&C warranty cards and cards saying that they are forever brilliant stones. My ring is from Schubach’s.

I wouldn’t know! I would just go back to the store and start asking questions. I hate feeling like I’m missing out on something, so I make sure that I get all my questions answered until I’m happy.

perlerose: that’s what I got too. Jen said that the cards are not specific to any stone, that they just pick one to send with it. I guess there’s an inscription on the girdle but it doesn’t go with the card. It kind of confused me too.

The warranty card number starts with FB####### if it’s forever brilliant. I assumed the number on the card matched the number inscribed on the stone?

mrssloan2013: Lol yep. I somehow ended up with 3 or 4 different cards when shipping my first ring back and forth for repairs. Then when I got mine from Schubach’s they forgot to send a FB card, but I didn’t bother asking for one since I had 3 of them already at home. I don’t think the cards mean anything…
