@daisyk:  There are a lot of bees who have done this before, but I am not one of them. I would reccommend getting a used dress, because they are often half the retail price and you know you will get a designer dress in high quality materials.

I bought mine off ebay – China dressmaker Noble Dress. I did have to take her to get alterations but, still the total cost was $300! It was a big chance to take but, I am so glad I did. I did have to wait several months while they made my dress but, it was all worth it in the end!! A note if advice – read reviews and check them often before purchasing your dress.
