of course all the dresses that i have fallen in love with are online only and their showcase stores are all about 6 hours away from where i live. I will make the trip if i have to, but has anyone had any experience with purchasing a jenny yoo dress? if so i would love to hear about it good or bad. i have fallen in love with this one http://www.jennyyoo.com/wedding_alternatives02.html and i don’t know if i should take the risk of buying it and crossing my fingers. you cant return these lovely things you know.
so thanks in advance for all your wisdom you can share…

I’ve gotten bridesmaid dresses online and been very happy with them-that isn’t the same as a wedding dress though and a lot of times the dresses look totally different in person without all the fancy background/lighting in the online photos.

I couldn’t find a sample in the UK of the only dress I loved (San Patrick Bambu), so I ended up just having a bridal salon here place the order for me, sight unseen. It was worth it to me to take the risk, and maybe not be 100% happy with the dress once it arrived, rather than miss out, and settle for a dress that was just ok. I did view several of the brand’s other dresses, to get an idea of the overall feel, so I feel confident that I will like it.
We’ll see if I regret my decision once it arrives, though! Should be here in just a couple of months.
