Most bridal shops can order it directly from the designer. Usually they’ll charge you $30 /yard which is ridiculously overpriced for most fabrics but the only way you can get a true match.

I haven’t ordered direct, but if you want an absolute match to your gown, it is a good idea to do so, if you know you will need it. I do a lot of sewing and I always purchase extra just in case I need to make something additional to match what I am sewing. Depending on the type of fabric, $30/yd is not a bad price. High end fabrics can cost a lot more than $30/yd, even wholesale.

The least expensive price that I could find for the lace that my bolero is made from was over $100/yd, and that was from a site that didn’t look really reputable. I was going to make the bolero myself, but I stumbed on a site that sold exactly what I was looking for for much less than it would have cost me.

The site is: http://www.tulipbridal.com/bridal-lace-bolero-jacket-c-23.html

My bolero is no longer available, but if you check the site out, you might see something you like. It only took about a week for me to receive and it is a perfect fit.

Your dress is beautiful, but it is a tough one to match. If you don’t want a train and you are tiny, your seamstress should be able to make you something similar to the etsy listing with your train, but if you want a train, I highly recommend ordering the extra fabric. I think it will be expensive, but totally worth it. If I were you, I would definately keep the train and order the extra fabric. If a yard is too much, you could use the extra fabric to wrap around your bouquet, make a ring pillow, and/or make some little bows for a flower basket, or anything else you could think of to incorporate the rest of the fabric.
