I’ve been searching for an interesting arrangement for my bridal bouquet and I came across the “Evermore” bouquet but I didn’t come across it on the FTD website. I came across the evermore bouquet on my local florists website. I liked my local florists website because it listed prices and when I called, they were very forthcoming about price and making a complementary appointment to talk about wedding flowers. One thing I was confused about is why there was a copyright symbol next to the word “Evermore” and so I googled “Evermore bouquet” and it came up on the FTD website.
So I’ve come to the conclusion that FTD doesn’t send you flowers wholesale from some warehouse. They must have contracted florists all across the US who work directly with them to create these specific bouquets. The only thing that makes me a tad nervous is the fact that I don’t know which florist made this beautiful bouquet online and I don’t know if my local florist would be able to replicate this exact shape and exact bouquet.
Yes, I do have an appointment to meet with the florist this weekend and I’m sure if I conveyed to him exactly what I want, that he would make sure he has those specific flowers in stock for me and that he’d get it as close to the picture as possible.
I’ve read really bad reviews about peoples experience with FTD and it makes me nervous but I just don’t see what can go wrong if I go to the florist and convey that this is the bouquet I want, not a similar one, not one with substituted flowers, but this bouquet.
I wouldn’t be ordering from the FTD website, I’d order it from my local florist who just so happens to have the same photo on his website. Does that make any sense? I hope I’m explaining myself properly. What do you guys think?
