I”m getting married July 2011, and considering buying invitiations this week becauase of a crazy sale. Am i insane? Is it too early? I can’t get the reply cards, because we’re not 100% on the menu choices, but i could totally get the invitations!?
HELP, am i crazy?

If you are 100% sure of the details I’d say go ahead… a sale is a sale! But if you think there is any chance that something might change then don’t do it because 50% off is 50% lost if you need to toss them and get new invites with correct info.

July isn’t THAT far off…you’re going to actually need to buy invitations in what, February? Why wait?

Mine were delivered last week, I have to assemble them and with the holidays coming up I’m happy I have them early rather than hoping I have time later. 🙂

i would wait. there will probably be another sale!

i’m leaning towards waiting. We’re not dead set on ceremony time….and yes, there will be other sales.

Just do it! I bought my invites in April/May and I was so glad I did. It gave me the time I needed to work on them.

If you know these are the invites you want and you know what you want printed on them, then it’s not too early. If either or both of those things aren’t for sure yet, wait.

If you know you want those particular invites, and your date will not change–go for it!
