I’ve got my paper order ready to go…
Paper for Pockets
Paper for layer piece
Paper for text
Paper for RSVP
Paper for insert
Am I forgetting anything? Should I be ordering extra paper for anything in particular? I really don’t want to have to place a second order because of the cost of cross border shipping!

@MsGinkgo: I would get a little extra of everything- invites may get lost. Also get some extra rsvps. We DIYed ours and for some reason two rsvps came out smeared from our printer and we had to redo some rsvps ( some friends last minute broke up with their bfs)

@MsGinkgo: Definitely get extra of everything if you’re DIYing!! You never know if your printer will jam or something will spill or you’ll just need extra.
Are you doing stuff for the wedding itself, too? Programs, escort cards, menus, favor tags, Thank You notes, etc? Because may as well order it all now. It will give you a coheasive look and avoid extra shipping later.

@excitedtobeMRSF: One of our invitees broke up with her boyfriend of 10 years right after I sent out Save the Dates – so now I guess he’s not invited?
@MexiPino: I need 60 invites so I’m ordering enough for 75 of everything (the paper is in packs of 25 so it makes the most sense).
If we do programs they don’t need to be the exact same paper – I’m using a more vibrant purple for the wedding day accents – I just didn’t like the way it looked for the invites (couldn’t find the right Royal Purple paper – but I fell in love with the Violette cardstock at Cards & Pockets).
I’m not sure how I’m doing our escort cards yet – I do have to figure those out still…
