We had an Oreo cookies & cream cake at our wedding, and it was so fabulous. Buttercream in between the layers, and marshmallow fondant to cover- so good!

Here’s a photo of our cake. I don’t have any photos of the inside though. It was mostly vanilla cake, with oreo cookie chunks & crumbs throughout. Vanilla buttercream between layers, and then the white & blue fondant outside.

We are doing a cookies and cream cake for one of our sheet cakes;) It has chocolate cake and then cookies and cream mousse in the center and then whipped frosting on top and then crushed oreos. Yummers!!

We sampled cupcakes last weekend for a trial run before the wedding.  OMG!  It started as a devils food cake with both chocolate & white chocolate chips.  We filled them with a creme filling (think hostess cupcake) and the icing was a buttercream with crushed up oreos.  Everyone that sampled them fell in love with them!

Good luck with your tasting!
