My Fiance and I are renting a camp for a fun weekend/destination wedding in the Texas Hill Country. There are some deluxe accomodations available (which we intended to reserve for VIP guests like MOG, grandparents, etc.), but most are “elegantly rustic” cabins with 4 bunk beds each. The price per guest and per night ranges from $75-$145 for the limited number of nicer, private rooms; and the regular ones are $55pp for 5-8 guests in one cabin, $65pp for 3-4 guests, $75pp for 2 guests and $125 to rent an entire cabin for one person. My questions is this – how do I organize the sleeping arrangements? I can’t have guests pick their own cabins. Certain guests should be kept away from each other and many cabins need to be reserved for handicapped guests, large families with small children, etc. How do I charge people? How do I word this in the invitations/wedding website? Thanks all!
