(Closed) Organizing the Wedding Binder

Mine mostly consists of Google Docs 🙂 hehe. They are accessible from any computer and if I need to print, I can!

Here are my Google Doc titles:

– Guest list
– Budget
– All the details (I am diy-ing virtually everything). This one keeps me really on it. I put all my little ideas, prices, websites, etc. into it.
– Honeymoon
– Songs (for ipod reception)
– Groom’s to do list (which, is like 3 lines! lol)- Calendar (this is deadlines to have everything done by)
– Actual budget spend (I am listing everything along with category and price here)
– Current to-do list

For my “real” binder, which has become more of an inspiration, documentation thing, I have these categories: (only had 5 tabs to work with!)
– Budget + Calendar
– Favors, flowers, food, attire, and attendants
– Stationery, music, and photography
– Ceremony + reception
– Rings, Rehearsal, Guests, Honeymoon, etc.
