- Wedding: November 2011
We rented out the entire Greenland Cafe in Salem MA. They were totally fabulous and I HIGHLY recommend them!
The food was delicious and the service was downright perfect. We even had the ceremony there and the manager helped us go down the aisle at the right time and in the right order.
then all the guests went out of the back ceremony room to the other side for cocktails, while they turned the ceremony room into a dinner setup.
We had 4 passed apps, 4 stationary, and amuse bouche, a salad, 4 choices of entrees, and individual cheescakes for all 80 guests. plus an open bar and a prosecco toast.
the entrees were steak, lobster stuffed sole, spinach & fontina chicken, and veggie acorn squash with quinoa. everyone raved about the food.
