I just wanted to share a few guest photos. We had a brunch wedding and it was mainly DIY. Our venue was the Great Room at Savage Mill in Savage, MD. Everything turned out awesome. I cried when I went into the ballroom. We were able to go in and mingle with anyone who was there for about 25 mins before the ceremony which was impromptu but I loved it! Everyone kept asking why we weren’t hidden and I said we looked too good to hide lol. We took some quick family photos in front of the flower wall (it was a hit and was used in place of a photo booth.)
We had some rain but it was only a drizzle so we got to take our first look photos on this awesome bridge outside of my venue. I will share when pro pics get back. We invited 185 (4 under 12) about 146 RSVPd yes and about 3 or so did not show up on the day. My husband only noticed because they were his friends.
Flowers were from Flower Moxie and I just spray painted wine and beer bottles to use as vases and I had a few vases in my house that we used for extra flowers, we had a lot lol. My mom made my bouquet. We finished our centerpieces that Thursday in about an one hour and a half with wine lol.
I will provide way more details on budget etc when we get back the pro pics. Congrats to everyone!
After jumping the broom (it explains our personalities in a nutshell lol):
This picture has been reposted by friends and family for their social media the most. I took it after realizing my husband and I hadn’t taken any usies yet lol :
