I am pretty sure that no matter how much advice you recieve or how much you prepare yourself you will never really truly understand the emotions of the wedding day until you are really there, soaking up every moment. Our day was nothing short of amazing, never have I seen so many of our family and friends together and so genuinely happy.
I keep trying to put the day into words and every time I feel like whatever I come up with doesnt come close to how happy I felt – so I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.

@Ajester2 – apparetly it is called “Happy” by Secrets in Stero. I had never heard it before our photograher sent us the slide show, she always picks the perfect songs to go with our pics. She did the same thing with our e-pics.

The one thing I will say about everything, is even though I had my “vision” of how things would look like and I drew everyone a million diagrams and sketches of how to set it up, things still turned out different. And I was amazed at the fact that I didn’t care that everything wasn’t “exactly how I wanted it”.
I did a lot of letting go on that morning, when mostly I just didn’t care anymore about whether or not I had the “right grass” for the escort cards, or if the tables were set up wrong. Some tables got the wrong cakes, other tables ended up with the wrong number of chairs, our favors ended up not being packaged EXACTLY the way I had wanted. But I never noticed any of it, and if I did notice things, I honestly didn’t even seem to care.
I guess what I’m trying to say is, it really is true that all the little things don’t matter when the day arrives. Every thought and worry goes out the window and all I wanted to do was marry my best friend. That must sound so cheesy but its SO TRUE!
