My awesome sister made the cheesecake for us! She was supposed to make the cheesecake like 2-4 a week for the whole month of May. Unfortunately, her pans didn’t come in until later so she ended up making all these cheesecakes the week of my wedding. She would’ve made our cake (it’s her job on the side), but we wanted a cheesecake buffet. I was really surprised when I walked in and saw the spread. She even included cheesecake pops! This was her gift for me! woohoo! After our cheesecake cutting and we announced to serve themselves, a big group of people attacked the buffet table! Loved it! It was well worth it. Although make sure you have to go boxes available to avoid having leftovers.
