That’s more lavish than any wedding I’ve attended (admittedly I’ve never attended a fancy wedding).

It’s plenty. And honestly, serving more than that is a waste, IMO. As long as you have an option available upon request for vegetarians you will be fine.

It’s plenty. And it sounds like a fabulous menu. I think your guests will be very happy with it.

As a MOB I have to respectfully disagree with your mom!  That is a ton of delicious food and your guests won’t be going hungry, that’s for sure.
