I’m so happy with the way they turned out. We still have to make a map to include, but everything else is done! Just had to share because I’m so excited!

i LOVE them! the colors, the texture, and the cute lil tie π good jobb!
Ooo la la. That twine is a beautiful touch. Great job.
So pretty! I love the twine!!! And your little love birds in the tree are freakin adorable!
Those look so good! Did you print them at home or did you have it done somewhere else?
Love them! they look totally professional. What is the black/black-white print card in the back? Do you have a close-up of that?
These look amazing! I love the fonts that you chose – and to have these all set so far out from your date is amazing – congrats!
Cute! I am also curious what kind of printing you used.
@ CorgiTales – The 3 pieces make up the actual invite. I realized after I took the photo it was only of the top piece..I was just too excited they were finished printing!
We printed them on our Canon inkjet printer, using a custom sized paper setting. It actually was fairly painless. Then I stamped each invite with the tree and birdies stamp I got from Etsy seller Modern Art Stamps (we have a matching return address stamp too!). I glued all the pieces together with my xyron 3/4″ permanent adhesive. All the paper was from Anchor paper (and he gave us all the extra which is TONS of extra paper!)
Thanks for all the comments ladies! I am so proud of them! π
What type of paper did you use, specifically for the parts that have actual text on them. These are gorgeous!
I used Curious Metallics in Caramel from Anchor paper π It’s only listed on the colour swatch, but they have it, I just had to ask. Colour swatch is here: http://www.anchorpaper.com/retail/curiousswatch.htm
The grey backing was a curious metallics paper as well and the damask background pattern was from cardsandpockets.com π
