Looking good. I would use a standard pillar candle though. When you  add the flowers it will be great.

I actually really like it as is. I think adding flowers might be too much and take away from the rustic woodsy look that I think you are trying to achieve?

I do like the fatter candle rather than a skinny candle. But is there perhaps a size smaller than the one you have in there now? I don’t like how it takes up so much room.

But it’s so not a big deal.

I think the flower heads will complete the centerpiece much like the succulents in this one.

I love it….and i agree that a skinnier candle would be better. I think just add a few votives around the base of the wood and it will be great. I would definately add some flowers like you are think…it will give it a nice splash of color

I like it. I do think the candle is a bit big but nothing that is too bad. I think you are defiantely on the right track.
