As a recipient, I would not think anything of your photographer’s watermark. As a bride who paid for the photographs, I’d be annoyed. It’s not like you’re using them for commercial purposes; didn’t you pay for a license for personal use/printing rights? (Although maybe you didn’t, in which case I would be less annoyed 🙂

I think your cards look great, though! I don’t think there’s anything wrong with a New Year’s card going out in mid-December.

Question: did you order these already? Would you want “TWENTY ELEVEN” instead of TWENTY TEN on your NY card?

I think they look nice! I wouldn’t probably even notice the logo to be honest, lol, and I wouldn’t hav noticed the date either because I thought your pics were more interesting, and I kind of figured you were referring to the New Year’s coming up… My powers of observation are astounding, I know. 🙂

I love them.  I would never notice the watermark.   You should be able to email the company and get them changed to eleven.

I saw the 2010, but I thought it was just referring to this year since you got married this year. I didn’t notice the photog’s mark either since your pictures were just too cute!

I second what @spaniel said.  My photographer stuck me with all watermarked photos and it drives me nuts!  So, as a bride, it makes me crazy, but as someone receiving the card, I wouldn’t care if it was watermarked.

I was also going to mention that the year should be 2011, but it sounds like it’s too late.  Darn! 🙁

You should be able to contact your photographer and purchase that image, I’m sure she/he would appreciate that rather than steal his/her image…
