Wow. I keep looking at these pictures and I cannot BELIEVE how bad that mold is, and I’ve seen some really bad construction defect cases…. I can’t wait to see the results!

WoW! What a big job! Did you have to demolish the house and rebuild? That place was covered in mold! I’m astounded you got it done so fast!

Wow. I can’t even believe you bought it. Let’s see the new, updated pictures now too!

Congratulations,By The Way…that has to be one of the biggest labors of love and hardest undertakings I’ve ever seen. Good for you.

I remember you mentioning this in another thread but O.M.G. I didn’t realize it was that bad. I’ve seen houses in bad shape but nothing like this.

Holy cow!!! That’s probably the biggest house disaster I’ve ever seen! How much were you able to save from the old home? It looks like you’d basically have to rebuild, at the very least gut the place.

Oh. my. god. My jaw is literally hanging open from those pictures. You would never expect a house that looks to tidy from the outside to look like that on the inside!

Gut reno is an interesting process. My parents bought a house when I was 7 for $19,000 and spent 10 years remodeling it. They tore out every single wall in the house and started from the studs.

I can’t wait to see the afters!
