Here are Parts 1 and 2. Part 1 was mostly decor and Part 2 was mostly ceremony and reception. These here are the formals.
Since we had rain on and off, the day was overcast, but we did get some dramatic clouds as a backdrop for some of our photos. My veil was also doing cool things in the wind.
This isn’t really a formal shot. But my mom gave me some balloons in the middle of taking pictures and I went nuts because I love balloons. (Who doesn’t, right?)
Just after everybody left, it started to rain. We took a few pictures outside with an umbrella, but it was quite cold, so we ended up going inside for the rest of the photos.
I loved the interior of the house!
I also really loved my hair!
Once it was completely dark and the rain was pouring down, our photographer had the idea to go outside. He said he’d seen photos like these, but had never had the chance to shoot them himself before, and he was very excited to these. I think it looks neat how the raindrops look like glitter. (Of course, it was FREEZING.)
Needless to say, by the end of the day, my dress was filthy! The bottom was literally caked in mud. It ended up costing over $500 to have the dress cleaned, which sort of sucked. But we did get some pretty unique pictures out of it.

Thank you, everyone! 🙂
We had the rings custom made. I’m sure most jewelers could do something similar.
@Milk and Honey:
I’ll probably just hang the dress in my closet, lol! Although my plan is to try it on every anniversary. If I fit into it, all good. If it’s too small, time for a weight loss intervention!
I was really happy with my hair. It stayed in all day! And it only took forty minutes to do!

- Wedding: September 2019 - City, State
Awesome. Y’all are a lovely couple. The venue afforded you some very nice vintage photos. I loved the one by the window, where you are laying a little bit and the one with all the mirrors in it.
