- Wedding: November 2013
I’ve had these pictures for forever, but my computer done broke down so I hadn’t had the chance to upload them for an official recap. My AMAZING photographer, Dixie Pixel, did an amazing job capturing our super laid-back afternoon wedding. The day was fantastic, beautiful and completely stress-free believe it or not. All brides who can afford you a wedding coordinator… GET. YOU. ONE. Mine seriously saved my life.
Since my hubby is a musician, we had our wedding at a historical house that has tons of rock and roll memorabilia. Some of my family couldn’t be there, but we totally facetimed them into the wedding, which was pretty awesome. Overall, it was a fantastic day full of matrimony, fun, and friends.
But, just to reassure all you soon-to-be-brides, being married is way amazing. Get pumped for it.
The venue was gorgeous and the leaves were perfect for the Fall:
Getting ready was a blast and I pretty much drank champagne and chilled while getting my hair played with. Also, isn’t my hubby a handsome devil?
My bee-yo-tiful wedding party. We were a small crew, but a good one. And check out my bridesmaid’s hair… it was bad-ayse:
Just some details from the decorations. I lurved my giant paper flower centerpieces
I ordered from a crafty person on Etsy:
We did a first look and it was kind of the best idea ever. Super fun and it saved us so much time:
Hi, I loved my flowers. It was the one thing I was willing to majorly splurge on because I wanted a bad-arse bouquet. And I think I got it.
We kept the ceremony short and sweet so that we could get to the par-tay!!!
We left during the perfect sunset
So, long story short … getting married was awesome, we had an AMAZING and chill wedding day, but the best part is BEING married.
