Yes, you read the title right! My husband (so weird to say it!) is in the military and without getting into too much detail, he will be leaving for a long time so we said to hell with it and got married! Actually, we started planning a month and a half ago. We just wanted a small ceremony with family and when DH gets back from being gone, we will start the planning for the wedding with all our family and friends.
First of all, who to tell: our parents and siblings. We also invited one siblings girlfriend and Mr Babeski’s godmother. Secondly, where to have it. Well my mom went crazy just for the engagement party and crossed the line too many times, so we decided to have it at her house and I was secretly hoping this will calm her down when it come to planning the “next” wedding.
I borrowed a dress from one of my bridesmaids, we didn’t get a wedding ring for myself, we didn’t have a cake or bouquet, we wanted to save lots for the next wedding. We had a potluck and cheap champagne. The Justice of the Peace was the sweetest woman ever and she actually started to tear up during the ceremony!
Here are some pictures, I should’ve pinned my bangs because they’re hiding my face, oh well! I had some troubles uploading so I resorted to Paint to rezise them so the quality sucks
We had our siblings as witnesses

Usually that means that the pictures are too big. Is there any way that you can resize them then try again?

@crebre80: No it’s not. My friend bought it at the mall from a store called Stiches, a store that doesn’t have the greatest clothes (cheap material, tears easily and some are whore-ish), so this dress was definitely a find! I believe she paid about $30 for it.
The photo after the kiss, we’re laughing because everyone whipped out their cameras for it and by the time my dad got his out, we were done and all we hear is, “awww I was too slow!” so we had to kiss again.
