I worked with Shannon from AprilInk to design our 1940s USO Inspired Invitations. They turned out so cute! The airplane is a P-51 Mustang which is my FI’s favorite plane. The tail of the plane has our initials and wedding date. We went with a telegram look for the RSVP. She did change our names and wedding details so she could sell the design on her site.
We couldn’t be happier! What do you think?!

@Jackie-o My Fiance is a pilot for a commerical airline. I do community theater musicals so when we found our airplane hangar venue and decided on the 1940s USO theme it was a perfect fit for both of us. Plus lots of our guests will be pilots and Flight attendants so it will be fun for them too. Some of our guests are flying small planes and landing at our venue 🙂 Can’t wait!

Those are adorable! I like that you tied your FI’s interest into your wedding invites. My Fiance is a cyclist, so all our paper products have bicycles on them.
