Completely paid off! As of…well, as soon as our vendors cash our checks, which have been signed and mailed off.
And…bonus points – we still have $1500 left in our “wedding” savings account!
But dang – it still sucked seeing that wedding savings account going from ALL THE MONEY to…not all the money, ha! We put everything we could our mileage credit card (that we then paid off), and I think we now have enough miles for our (delayed) honeymoon flights to be free!
Even though we were always good about tracking everything and being sure we could afford everything, it’s nice to know that we actually can! And we did! Of course we still have a few small things to pick up – a gift for our officiant, a guest book….but all of the big stuff is donzo! Come on, June 7th!

StL.Ashley: Congrats! It’s definitely a good (and relieving lol) feeling to not have to worry about expenses as your wedding gets closer. My husband and I did the same thing and it made our wedding day so much more enjoyable.

We have as much paid off as we can at the moment! There are some vendors who don’t want to be paid until though.

That’s awesome!!! It would be soo nice to have extra. I’m hoping we have more no RSVPs so we can reduce food, drink, chair rental, etc. costs (sorry distant cousin across the country) lol

Dr_dazzle: Yeah, my venue won’t even tell me the final dollar amount until a week before. I’m supposed to call her with the guest count and how many of which entree and then she tells me how much we owe. We have paid off the DJ, florist, photographer/videographer, though, so that’s really it, but it’s a big one.
