So, It poured ALL day!! Good luck they say….. I balled my eyes out in the morning! My vision of a “perfect” day and all my planning seamed to be ruined….. until I got to the salon with my girls! The day was perfect, and I couldn’t of asked for more! Yes the outside ceremony and the cocktail hour that was supposed to be on the grounds of the beautiful vineyard we choose was now crammed into the rustic barn where dinner was going to be served, but all my DIY projects played off and the space looked amazing!
Thankfully we chose a phenomenal photographer and he worked with what he had and got us some incredible shots.
The Dress – a beautiful lace Kenneth Winston
I went with an extra length mantilla veil….. our photographer is known for his flying veil technique, he did some things inside becuase we couldn’t go out
Our First Look…. I felt pretty awkward like this, but the pictures are pretty cool
I’m a detail girl, so I made sure the photographer captured all of them! here are a few

You have such a great attitude despite the disappointment of having rain on your wedding day. You look absolutely stunning and I just love the pic of the two of you under the umbrella. You two look so happy and in love. Congrats.

Beautiful! I wish you had more photos in the rain but it’s understandable you didn’t want to become a wet muddy mess 🤗 I love the whole setup, it looks super atmospheric 👍

Thank you! hubby text me that morning and reminded me that God only gives us what we can handle 🙂
Thanks bee! yes did all white and light color decor because I wanted the foliage to offset it….
earlier in the week the forecast said rain and I was going to go out and get everyone boots and cute umbrellas… the forecast cleared and I didn’t do it! They didn’t change it back to rain until the night before…. the grounds were way to muddy to go out there!

Oh my that venue!! 😍😍😍 absolutely gorgeous bee, who the hell cares if you couldn’t go outside – I would live in that barn if I could!! Those pumpkins are so adorbs.
Side note, I’ve seen those silk getting-ready robes sooo much on the bee! Lol I actually have the cream one I bought in Thailand about 6 years ago. A popular choice for brides, too, as it turns out! 😂
