MemberA big wedding was just never our thing, for us I honestly couldn’t think of anything worse… all that drama and extravagance is not our thing! I love weddings but just not for us ya know? We started planning a traditional wedding but we werent excited at all, then we started talking about eloping and we were so excited for our wedding! I never imagined a big wedding, before we were engaged eloping was always the way I thought we would get married.
Everyone thinks eloping is so ‘us’. Our idea of a wedding is something very intimate and our union is just between the two of us so we didn’t really want anyone else there, our vows were very intimate- I couldnt imaging saying them in front of so many people. In some ways we are very private in other ways not… it just fit us.
Sorry for the long winded response, but I have trouble explaining why haha!
