Knowlton Mansion, Sandcastle Winery and Pearl S. Buck Estate (depending on the number of guests you can forgo the tent options at these and have the reception inside), I second Northampton Country Club or Spring Mill Country Club

Have you looked at the Aldie Mansion? It is one of the Jeffrey A Miller venues. It wouldn’t be fully outdoors – you could have an outdoor ceremony and the cocktail party. The rest of the party would be indoors – the ballroom is completely renovated and modern. It is a beautiful old mansion that has a ton of character and charm. As with all JAM properties, you can really customize your menue, its BYOB so you can save on booze, and it makes for a really unique venue! You also don’t really have to do too much in terms of decorating considering that the landscape is beautiful.

Similar to adk005 another Jeffery Miller venue is John James Audubon center! Check them out here http://jamcater.com/

By choosing this venue you get to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere and spend no time worrying about mother nature as all of the reception spots are enclosed. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and the cheaper BYO pricing!

Hi! I’m also getting married at the Audubon Center and think it might be just what you’re looking for.  We’re having our ceremony outside and then the cocktail hour in a beautiful old barn and the reception in a pavillion, which is indoors but also opens up that it feels very indoor-outdoor.  It’s on a creek.  You can’t really see it from up where the wedding would take place but guests could wander down to it.  And since it’s a nature preserve it’s full of colorful flora and fauna!
