SO – I am a shoe lady! I love them!! Heels, to be exact.
However, a dark cloud is forming over my head… and I have realized… OMG – I am having an outdoor wedding AND reception!! That means SINKING IN THE GRASS!!!
SO – question for you bees… do I go with wedges, Which im not HUGE fan of, but I have found some prettttty cute ones from bebe, or do I go with pumps and wear those little plastic “soul mates” things on them??
Do those plastic things you put on your heels really work?!?
What to do… what to do?!? 🙂

I’m not sure about the plastic things on the heels, I would imagine they would throw me off balance if trying to walk on them. I personally say pumps for the outdoors, heels for the indoors, as they would be easier to slip on and off (and you say your not a big fan of wedges)
Or.. as compromise how about a kitten heel? Not so high, bigger heel so won’t sink into the grass as much but will give you the height and posture as higher heels.

I got them for me and all my bridesmaids (as well as Mother-In-Law and my mom).
They were either way too big or too small for everyone’s heels and didn’t stay on. Everyone ended up ditching them and balancing on their toes.
Not worth the $10 per pair.

I used them when I was a Bridesmaid or Best Man over the summer. They slid up the heel so weren’t even in place by the time the ceremony was over. They didn’t work at all. Such a good idea in theory, though.

Thanks ladies… Yea, I was very skeptical.
Good thought…. bad overall follow through it looked like.

I wore them for my outdoor wedding (ceremony at a park and reception tented at my parent’s house). My wedding dress shop sold it to me and said get the large size since it runs small. Well those were way too big. I was able to use the stiletto size on my heels (which were not stilettos but that sizing worked for me) and I did not sink in the grass/dirt/mud at all.
