are you talking about a gift for doing the wedding, or what information you need to bring to a meeting with him?

I don’t think you need to bring him a gift, but if you think you need to… maybe something homemade like cookies or banana bread for the rectory or church office.

I don’t think you need to bring anything. But for the sake of the fact that the priest is an old family friend/priest, u can bring whatever u like (as if u were to visit an old family friend). You can also take him out to lunch/coffee/beer….

You should also make sure you have some relevant information with you for the priest… like which diocese are you doing ur marriage prep, which diocese is the actual wedding ceremony taking place. If your old family priest is from a different diocese, he needs to do some paper work to get permission to perform wedding in another diocese.
