This is mine! It is a .80 carat center stone. G Colour and VS1 Clarity. I am a size 5.5 for the band and I absolutely ADORE it! I initially wanted a round stone, but honestly the oval just shines so much brighter!

weddingwalt :  Make sure when they show you an oval diamond you keep an eye out for what they call the ‘bow tie’. Oval diamonds will have a slightly darker section from the long sides to the center, that makes it look like it has a bow tie on. The more perfect and symmetrical the bow tie is, the more perfect the cut of your diamond is! It is way more noticable when the diamond is not set, but you should still be able to see it even in the setting! 🙂

Here’s mine ☺️ The diamond is 1.07 ct, approx 8×6 mm.  Not sure the specs on the halo, but it’s tiny and I love it!

My ring size is around 7.5.

Ooh! I have two ovals. They’re my favorite cut now!

Aquamarine 4 ct oval in art deco white gold filagree setting. It’s a fat oval, lol. I don’t know the carat weight but it’s about 10mm x 12mm. I’m a size 5.

And my anniversary ring, which is a 9mm x 7mm oval white sapphire in white gold with diamond halo! I am totally and forever obsessed with ovals from now on! Get one! They’re great! Different but classic.

Laurniko :  Love your ovals! I’m a cushion girl but oval is a close second! 🙂
