based on the pictures you provided, i prefer the oval better.
but i maybe biased because I am a fan of oval vs. emerald.
i myself have an oval e-ring 🙂

Have you considered a cushion? I had your dilemma a while back when I was oogling at rings and come to the conclusion that it’s what I want. Still fingers crossed.
