We plan to have a candy buffet at our wedding as both the Fiance and I love our sweets. I’m also doing a unique guestbook (that I’ve never seen before) and sparklers instead of rice/bubbles after our afternoon ceremony. Only one of the 4 weddings I’ve been to had a photobooth and that was the FSILs wedding a few summers back. I like the photobooth idea but its not in our budget.

We are doing a rustic/vintage themed wedding and the first one I have ever been to was 2 weekends ago and it was AMAZING… furthering my excitement to do our own rustic theme. I have never been to a wedding with cupcakes, candy buffet or photobooth. We are doing sparklers and a few different things in ours that I haven’t seen at anyone elses!

I have seen the wishing tree at a couple of them and it looks really cute!

I’ve actually been to a ton of weddings with photobooths this year. We’re having a candy buffet and while I’ve seen a ton online, I’ve never been to a wedding with one. Even if these things are kind of overdone, it’s fun, so I think it’s worth it if people enjoy it. Most things about weddings are not totally original, so it doesn’t really bother me if something is considered trendy.

I’m also letting my BMs choose their own dresses and while I see that all the time on WB and on blogs, most people I’ve talked to have said they’ve never seen it before. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a wedding with totally different Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses, either.

My guests were so surprised by my red shoes! And that doesn’t seem all that unique to me. 🙂

Also, they loved the concept of our sweetheart table. Again, not unique, but most of our guests had never seen one.
