If you know what you’re doing, they’re good.

If you do need CS help. eh, they’re majorly lacking.

I had an order go through that last min. I added something too, I spent a week trying to resolve the file and then I learned the MAIN part of my order wasn’t coming.  In order to ship it, I had to cancel the WHOLE order, re-order, and then pay higher shipping fee’s for a rushed delivery.. and then after rec’ing that to me, I asked about it further and they were like, “oh, well, it’s a 3 day print on that item so even with next day air you won’t have it by friday.”  So I was like “um, then why did you just rec that I do that?” she had no answer.

BUT, like I said, if it wasn’t for the stupid address stamp I had decided to add on, the order, which I’ve made without a hitch many times before, would have been fine….

Agree with KLP2010 – if you know what you are doing, they are good. I’ve used them previously for business cards and flyers, no problem. So I used them for my Save-The-Date Cards and invitation postcards, and everything came out great.
