turtletime03:  I’ve never bought any jewelry from overstock.com but since this band doesn’t have any stones there’s really not much you have to worry about. Just be sure to check the return policy before purchasing, that way there’s nothing to lose.

I bought my husband’s wedding band from overstock.com. It was the same exact ring we saw at 2 jewelry stores. Both places wanted at least $200, but we paid about $40 on overstock. I would definitely do it again.

If you do end up getting it, I’d buy it with Ebates.com! You’ll get 3% cash back. And I think Ebates stil gives you a $10 giftcard when you sign up and make you first purchase through them.

I’ve used Ebates for the past couple years and have probably gotten around $300 back from all my various online purchases (they issue you checks about quarterly).

Anyway, sorry for the plug, but I love Ebates!

I bought my wedding band on overstock, as well as 3 others for comparison.  Mine were all diamond eternity bands, and the quality really varies!  One was terrible, one was okay, 1 was nice enough but not blingy enough for me, and the last obviously I kept!

I did find that you can sometimes find their products on other websites by searching the item numbers.  Here is your ring at Sears, for instance, which may be more convenient if you want to return it (though I had little problem returning to overstock except for the shipping fees).

This appears to be the manufacturer:

I will say thay I’ve heard the hammered finish wears off, so he sure he’s ok with an eventual smooth finish.
