Sorry – I think i have posted a lot lately but post miscarriage I feel so sad and lost not getting my normal period back. On my second cycle which i believe started NOv 4… I had random spotting a few days after my period (red blood maybe once a day every few days after wiping or after sex tmi) last time i had spotting was nov 29. I never temp track or look for CM, but I did not EWCM on dec 4, 5, 6 – around CD 30 – could this mean i ovulated then or a few days later??? Holding on to hope but I got another BFN today and I’m so depressed. My OB said the usual “oh don’t worry” ……
I went off the pill in February and never got my period – I had to take Provera in July to kick start it (BFP aug 26) and miscarriage Oct 7
Not sure what I am looking for here… maybe some success stories? Maybe just venting

KB87 : Sorry for your loss bee, I just had one myself and still have a hard time thinking about it. I highly recommend you read Taking Charge of Your Fertility and start charting, I know it may seem annoying but it really helps you see what is going on in your cycle and if you aren’t ovulating, you have something to show your OBGYN so he/she can’t just turn you away.
Have you tried any natural remedies in the meantime?

feedthebeags : Ohhh!!! natural remedies please – i have seen so many different things that I don’t know where to start. I am an athelete so my body fat is quite low, but my doctor said not to worry about that. I have tried to cut down to training only 5X/ week. I cut down on my protein and increased my fat and carbs, and cut down on wine to 2-3 glasses/ week.
I told my husband I would start temping next cycle, I know he hates the idea and is like “lets just have sex everyday an not worry about it”…which is a great idea in theory, however now I am on CD 42, 42 days of sex, no period in sight and no ovulation to speak of lololol

KB87 : don’t apologize, this is what we’re here for! Who else are you going to talk to about this stuff??
I agree with feedthebeags re: charting. Once you get used to it it’s really not that annoying, and it can tell you SO much about what your body is doing. I would feel so much more lost about all this if I weren’t temping.
Being an athlete / low body fat might have something to do with your amenorrhea, but I’m sure you’ve googled the heck out of that and I’m no expert there. Heh.
With respect to natural remedies, my only advice is to start trying things and see what works for you. My issue (before my pg anyway) was a short LP and scanty CM, so I tried a bunch of different things, some seemed to help, some didn’t. It took a few months to find a mix that worked for me.
Best of luck! ❤️

Not too much advice but as someone who’s had some 40-50 day cycles, I hear you on the misery. After my first cycle over 35 days is when I started temping for my own sanity.
To your specific question: if you had ewcm on dec 4-6, you may have ovulated on dec 6-7. That being said, I’m told that cm is all over the place post-mc so it could mean absolutely nothing. Not super helpful, but if you did ovulate that late, you still have another week or so until AF.
