KB87 :  Sorry for your loss bee, I just had one myself and still have a hard time thinking about it. I highly recommend you read Taking Charge of Your Fertility and start charting, I know it may seem annoying but it really helps you see what is going on in your cycle and if you aren’t ovulating, you have something to show your OBGYN so he/she can’t just turn you away.

Have you tried any natural remedies in the meantime?

KB87 :  don’t apologize, this is what we’re here for! Who else are you going to talk to about this stuff??

I agree with feedthebeags re: charting. Once you get used to it it’s really not that annoying, and it can tell you SO much about what your body is doing. I would feel so much more lost about all this if I weren’t temping.

Being an athlete / low body fat might have something to do with your amenorrhea, but I’m sure you’ve googled the heck out of that and I’m no expert there. Heh.

With respect to natural remedies, my only advice is to start trying things and see what works for you. My issue (before my pg anyway) was a short LP and scanty CM, so I tried a bunch of different things, some seemed to help, some didn’t. It took a few months to find a mix that worked for me.

Best of luck! ❤️

Not too much advice but as someone who’s had some 40-50 day cycles, I hear you on the misery. After my first cycle over 35 days is when I started temping for my own sanity.

To your specific question: if you had ewcm on dec 4-6, you may have ovulated on dec 6-7. That being said, I’m told that cm is all over the place post-mc so it could mean absolutely nothing. Not super helpful, but if you did ovulate that late, you still have another week or so until AF.
