tommywantwingy :  I’ve had ovulation bleeding once with my EWCM, but that was it. It was light red/pink, and only in that one glob of EWCM. It’s totally normal!

tommywantwingy :  I have never personally exprienced it, although I know it is common as your cervix is more tender around O, especially if you are BD often!

I also wanted to throw it out there that EWCM mixed with spotting can be common prior to AF, due to a drop in progesterone and a rise in your estrogen. Not that this is the case for you, I know we chatted yesterday re: your temps/chart. But in the event that your cycle is still figuring itself out – I thought I would mention it. Just another thing to track and either confirm ovulation is occuring or what is “normal” for your body. Of course I hope it is ovulation related in your case!

I have only noticed spotting around O a couple of times and i think I had a temp rise two days later. Good luck!

I have fertility problems and have occasional ovulation bleeding and I spoke to my consultant about it who told me it was very common and normal because of hormone changes 🙂

You should have sex either every day or every other day leading up to ovulation. So if you haven’t been BDing, you better get to it!
