So I’m new to temping and testing for ovulation, I tried a couple months ago and always got a negative so I gave up but this last month or so I’ve been tracking my temp and I started to use the tests on Thursday.
This is where I might sound dumb but I’m really clueless when it comes to this. So I’ve attached the pic.
The top one is thurs, then fri, sat morning and then just now.
Would thurs and fri be classed as negatives and today’s positive? They seemed darker on the days I took them but seem to have got lighter since. Other than today’s that’s stayed dark.
does that mean I’m ovulating now or im going to ovulate soon? Sorry so many questions like I said clueless with all this!

That bottom one is definitely positive. And id count the one above that pos too. I would generally get 2 days of positives and ovulate on my last day of positives. Anticipate ovulating in 12-48 hours generally after a positive. So BD!!!

thank you, that’s the bit I wasn’t sure on, did a positive mean it was coming or it had happened. it’s so confusing lol! Should I keep testing over the next few days it goes negative or just roll with that being the positive and get BDing some more!

You could keep testing but I always stopped after I got my second positive and made sure to BD through the temp rise. Good luck!

The darkest one is a positive – that means you’re LH levels are surging, which means ovulation is likely 24-48 hours away.

The most recent one is definitely the most positive. Mine look like yours in that they progress into darker lines until I finally get one that’s super positive. I usually ovulate the day after I get that positive and then my opk goes right back to negative. I would say you will O soon. Good luck!!

I’ve just done another one this morning and it’s so much lighter more like the 1st or 2nd one so I’m guessing yesterday was defo the one and I’ll be ovulating about now!
