Thats why I live in 24-hour cities. At night the traffic is better, no lines at the grocery store. Life is simply more convenient as an owl. People seem to be their more honest selves at night, less guarded. They are more fun to talk to at night.

I’m a lark. I love sitting with my cup of coffee in the morning and I love the satisfaction of finishing all tasks early in the day.

Definitely an owl. But I only have one alarm in the mornings 🙂

My boyfriend is a massive lark.

Lark, all the way! I run at 6am every morning, chat up cab drivers on the way to the airport at 4am, can’t function after 8pm unless I’m in a very crowded place and can feed off others energy… I love morning! To me, even the word is happier than “night”

I would say I am a sleep deprived lark! I’m up at 5 every day and prefer to exercise late morning, but with my job, that’s not possible (not waking up at 3:30 to workout either, no thank you). I’m chronically sleep deprived thanks to my night owl Fiance, long commute, and busy schedule 🙂

I don’t really fit into either category. I’m definitely not a morning person and I hit the snooze button in the morning more times than I care to admit and I’m a total grump for at least an hour after I wake up. But I’m usually in bed at a reasonable hour and I’m not really sleep deprived. I think I just like sleeping lol.

I’m mostly a lark, but need an alarm clock, and generally a couple rounds of the snooze button. I can party til the wee hours with the best of them, but too many late nights take a definite toll and I need to catch up on sleep to recharge.

OMG, I’m 7/9 a lark! That’s crazy. I used to be such a night owl.
