This is the beginning of week 8 for me on P90X, and I can definetely tell I am stronger, and my week 4 pictures did show a pretty big difference. I am feeling bored with the program though, barely able to talk myself into doing the workouts (except the weight training, those I still like). Last week, for example, I only worked out three days. So I am thinking of changing things up: Day 1 run, Day 2 weight train workout from P90X, Day 3 run, Day 4 weight train workout from P90X…etc. I just feel like getting outside with some good tunes could rejuvinate my desire to workout, and the weather is finally nice here!!
Has anyone done this and seen success?
