(Closed) P90X or Insanity??

For P90x you do need some equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, and a pullup bar.

For Insanity you don’t really need much.  Both are INTENSE workouts.  I have both and they always kick my arse!

IF you’re looking for toning I’d definitely go with P90X or even P90.  Insanity I found to be more for training if you’re already in top shape and are wanting to improve your cardio (like training for a marathon or atheltic sport).  P90X has a Lean option for women that really works to build lean muscle and not bulk up.  I’m currently doing P90X for the third time (I love it!)
