and the person is saying it wasn’t delivered there even though the tracking number does. I forgot to change the shipping address, but weirdly 2 other items that were in the same order (shipped seperatley) came to our new address. The post office said it was delivered to her, but she says it wasn’t. Is there anything we can do?

If it has a tracking number it would have had to have been signed for?

Call the post office and ask what remedy there is to the situation. Unfortunately, since you (inadvertently) put the wrong address, they’ll likely say it’s not their fault since they delivered it as addressed. So sorry to hear this!

The post master ended up going to the address and and retrieving the package for us. They said it was ultimately their fault since they failed to forward it to us. I guess the woman has done this before.
