Im having a hard time choosing a paint color to go with the bedding set we chose! Can anyone give some suggestions! Most of the house is a plain beige color along with the nursery now so we wanted to add some color in but nothing too crazy. Here is the bed set! The walls are just slightly lighter than the walls shown in the photo with a beige carpet. The crib set is expresso and the glider is a chocolate brown color. Thanks for the help!

@Leonard2B: That is a lot of stuff going on in that picture. I would think a nice beige or very light powder blue to match the accents might work. Again, nothing too over the top that would compete with the already busy decor/linens.

I’m probably not the norm, but I would probably do a light color on 3 walls and then one dark wall in an accent color, maybe navy? I have BM Manchester Tan and Hale Navy in my house and really like both.

Could you maybe do one wall with navy blue? There’s kind of a lot going on already. I actually really like the tan they have in the picture, but I’m pretty plain too haha.

@Treejewel19: There is a lot going on there! I obviously wouldnt have all that stuff scrunched into one small corner though lol
@Westwood: My dad mentioned the same thing about doing one wall navy and the rest another color. That could be a possibility!
@stephanie091512: Id be extremely happy leaving it a plain neutral color, my husband wants some color as he is sick of the rest of the house being very neutral and since this is the only room that really has nothing in it, its the easiest room to paint!

@Leonard2B: What about an accent wall mimicking the green stripes? Or the orange color for a little pop?

I think light blue would work!

@Leonard2B: I would do blue and green with maybe some tan.
Kinda like what we did
Here’s our nursery
Don’t be scared to do more than one color

You could do a sage green

Personally I love light green as an rule and would do that if I was going to paint. But i’m trying to find ‘non-painting’ room solutions currently. We will be moving when I’m more pregnant and just don’t want to do all that with no air out time before baby gets here. Weird suggestion. How are you going to use the quilt/blanket? Cause it’s adorable but i know most of us won’t be putting it over the baby at night. So I wonder if you could hang it on the wall. Would almost be like a removable mural, kepts it out of the way but also pops really interesting on the wall when not in use.
