@india0507 thank you! It’s the 18k YG Tiffany Etoile 4mm band. I love it. You can also find similar bands at James Allen (and they’re having a sale right now) and Whiteflash. I think the Whiteflash version is only available in 14k. Just a warning though, if you go try one on at Tiffany you may have trouble deciding to go with another more affordable option. 😉 That’s what happened to me.
EDIT: I tried to tag you, but that function doesn’t seem to be working right now.

I’m fair skimmed (not pale and I am tan from my honeymoon) but have neutral/warm undertones which I think looks good in silver or gold. I’ve always wanted a yellow gold ring though, from the time i was very young. It’s so romantic to me. So even if it hadn’t looked great with my skin tone, i probably wouldve picked it anyway! Both bands are 18k gold which can look warmer than 14k gold.

Both of my parents have yellow gold rings. Most of my extended family also does. YG just screams traditional and married to me. Both my husband and I have yg rings as well. I am pale but never thought about whether yg looked good on me. I just love the rich buttery tone. YG looks so beautiful in the sun. Well here they are, my yg rings:
